All blades are one-piece SIGMAFORGE® construction, made from special formula, high performance 'NO STAIN' steel. Each is a FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade to 57° Rockwell hardness. A contoured bolster guides your hand into a professional pinch-grip. The handle has a fully visible tang secured with the traditional 3-rivet construction. Made in Germany. Hand wash and dry.
