Refund policy

We try to keep this simple; you have a week to let us know you are returning an e-commerce purchase. We ask that your purchase is returned within 14 days of receiving it. Items MUST be returned in original packaging and condition, with all tags/production information, no exceptions. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Items returned without a receipt or after 14 days will be refunded as store credit (unless you made other arrangements when purchasing). Items returned without original packaging or in less than original condition are NOT refundable as resale is not possible, and will be returned to sender.

Warranty

Items under warranty are usually the responsibility of the manufacturer so we accept returns of defective product on a supplier by supplier basis. Please contact us with your issue and we'll take it from there.

Damaged Goods

Items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. Again, contact us immediately if you unpack a damaged item.
