Returns & Exchanges
We try to keep this simple; you have a week to let us know you are returning an e-commerce purchase once you have received it. Please be sure to pack everything back up, in original condition and with all original packing/accessories/manuals. We refund once the product is back in the store and is checked for condition of return. We will refund to your original method of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc).
Items under warranty are usually the responsibility of the manufacturer so we accept returns of defective product on a supplier by supplier basis. Please contact us with your issue and we'll take it from there.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. Again, contact us immediately if you unpack a damaged item.
