Knife Sharpening

All brands and types of knives can be sharpened. Serrated blades can be touched up but not brought back to original condition. Service is overnight and a commercial 3-stage knife sharpener is used. Occasionally, we sharpen with a stone.

Please bring knives wrapped securely in tea towels or paper.

$2.50 for paring to 4"

$5 for blades to 8"

$5 + $1 for each additional inch for blades over 8"

Serrated are priced per knife, on an individual basis.
